The GMP Approach
We approach your presence on the Internet from a business perspective. Whether you are developing a few pages or a large application we'll understand what you are trying to achieve and offer our suggestions, throughout the development process. Our purpose is to help you obtain an effective solution.
Usability
The usability of your system is critical: who are your users and can they use your application successfully? We have specialist skills in this field and bring them to bear for your systems.
Development
Whether you want to contract-out the development of your application, or complement your in-house team, GMP are adaptable to your need. GMP also have the resources to assist by hosting your test, or production, application for as long as you wish. GMP can even host part of your site, for example, programs that support user interaction.
The Process
An effective process is necessary to achieve a quality result. It ensures that the right things are being done, in the right way, at the right time. Each stage of our process is designed to ensure that everything from objectives through to day-to-day use are catered for. If you wish to do your own in-house development we can adapt our process to your needs.

GMP Process
Requirements:
need to be defined and measurable objectives set.
Specification:
of user tasks and interfaces, application data and its management.
High-level design:
defines the overall application structure and style.
Early prototypes can be used for evaluation to see if
the objectives are likely to be met.
Low-level design:
covers the detailed development and off-line testing
of your application. Again, evaluations and reviews are recommended.
Test:
involves the installation of the application onto the Web, with
security access if required, for company or end-user acceptance testing.
Delivery:
involves moving the approved application to the production
Web environment, promoting the application on the Web to the user
community, and finalising the documentation. Discipline is required
to control such change in a working production environment.
Validation:
is advisable to gather feedback from all users to gauge the
application's success, and to identify problems and improvements.
