To the delight of all the children in the school, Miss Codling announces that there will be a magic show every day until the end of term. All the children are delighted, that is, except the strange new boy. And then, on the very last day of term, Dingo and his Gang discover something quite extraordinary. The whole school has disappeared! From that point on, the Misfits find themselves in the middle of a whole string of adventures. Where has everybody gone? Is the Magic Man really what he says he is?
